Give Yourself
the Drive
to Change.
No pressure. Just a clear path forward.

Hi, I'm Eoin O' Hara
Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life — though I was never massively into sport growing up. What I always understood was the feeling after exercise: the lift, the clarity, the sense of having done something real for yourself.
Like a lot of us, I've struggled with motivation. But I've learned something important: when I'm truly driven towards a goal — big or small — I achieve it. And that drive can fluctuate. That's not failure. That's perfectly normal. What matters is building the mindset to keep coming back.
That's what I want to give people. Not just a training programme — but genuine drive. Because when a person is driven, there is nothing stopping them. Feeling good mentally and looking fit and healthy physically transforms your everyday life in ways you don't expect.
I'm not perfect. I'm still on my own journey of fitness and wellness. This is just another new, exciting chapter — one I get to share with all of you.
My Philosophy

Running for
Something
Bigger.
Over ten years ago, my only sibling and big brother Dave suffered a brain injury. It has had a lasting impact on his mental wellbeing and on our entire family. But I would not be anywhere near the person I am today if it were not for having Dave as my role model.
Since his injury, Dave found incredible support through Acquired Brain Injury Ireland — an organisation that has been there for him, and for us as a family, ever since.
This year, I ran my first marathon — the Dublin Marathon — to raise funds for Acquired Brain Injury Ireland. Running a marathon has always been on my bucket list. Now I'm doing it for a cause that means more to me than words can fully express.
